If you eat fast food, there are some good choices. I love the McDonalds fruit and yogurt parfait and an egg mcmuffin without cheese. A grilled chicken sandwich with mustard instead of mayo and no cheese is good. Salads with lo cal dressing - although I think the lo cal dressings are blech. A little salad vinegar ain't so bad. And did you know that a small Wendy's chili is an awesome choice?

I lost about 25 pounds in 5 or 6 months (slowly) by cutting out flour, corn and potatoes. It's no fun, but it works. And it's fairly simple to follow. Meat and vegetables plus a little bit of fruit. And booze. Didn't completely give that up.
