I keep hoping the food battles for me will go away but they always crop up now and then. Lately I've eaten everything that has come w/in 3 ft. of my mouth, just like old times. So, I'm taking a week to focus on 'food as fuel' and get things back in order. Then moderation resumes. I guess I just want you to know that even though the battles are still there, I'm at a point that I know I will beat them every time.
